Housekeeping
Bit of a mixed batch today;
Bad
Haven't seen the lodger for a couple of days - he was at the girlfriend's last night, and got in at about 4 am, and was off to work before I got up. He also seems to have stopped any sort of food shopping, let alone preparation or washing-up. I could put my footdown and get him to cook, but the thought of what he might produce holds me back.
Had my eyes tested, and need to come up with £60 for a retinal scan. Perhaps coincidentally, I get my eye tests free, because of a family history of glaucoma, but if they weren't free they would cost £60.
The job-search is still panicking me.
I'm still sleeping about 12 hours a day.

Saw my first crocus today!
Had my eyes tested for the first time in nearly 3 years, and (apart from a telling-off from the optician about regular testing) they seem fine, and my prescription has not changed, so I don't need new glasses.
I do have a day's work on Thursday.
And on the whole, I think the crocus trumps all the bad stuff.
