My sleep patterns have been slipping badly since I've not been working regularly, and I tend to find myself staying up with the internet until the small hours of the morning, and then sleeping in until well past noon, which makes it very awkward when I do have to do anything in the morning. So, since I couldn't get to sleep last night, I decided to stay up all night and re-set the clock. Apart from about half an hour in the afternoon, I was up and functioning (sort of) from 5 am today. Not that I got much done, apart from a bit of tidying and taking stuff to the charity shop, but aren't days long? Tonight I'm off to bed at a reasonable hour (about midnight) and will try to wake at one tomorrow.
