Here, in Spokane there is going to be a youth conference next month for LGBTQ youth ages 14-21 that is completely free. Phiadelphia Convention Center

the 11th is providers day
12th and 13th are community days

IT IS FREE (not providers day) for all community members. 
Registration is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
