I know they say to lose weight if you're overweight before top surgery. But I'm not real overweight and more interested in the rarer post-op pics of guys who have developed pecs. I lift quite a bit and I'm wondering if anyone else did before surgery and if it helped the surgeon to contour you along already-developed muscles. Or was the the result of revisions, or just lifting a lot after surgery?
