syringe

so im an ass and i didnt realize i was out of needles...and im flying to california in a couple of hours. if there is anyone in the san fran/oakland area who wants to sell me a syringe....that would be amazing...or dumb question...does anyone know what would happen if i used one i had used before? i know its probably not the best idea.....but i dont know what to do.
