Or put another way, do I have any right to be depressed that I don't seem particularly depressed? Of course, I'm not happy, but I feel bizarrely calm and level and grounded. Given my history, I'm wondering if I should be worried. Have I done too much of a job internalizing and intellectualizing my emotions?

The AT&T man just left. He replaced the line that went from the house to the junction box across the road. It had been whacked apart by the trees next to the house.

Anyway, I'll spend the rest of the night catching up with everything.

I did more "shopping" today...I put the word in quotes because I didn't spend any money and didn't get anything other than more depressed and angry. The weather is dreary and rainy. Visited both the Oriental Grocers and a hobby store I know today...realized early on that I was grasping at straws. No Dominion collectable miniatures.

I don't like this time of year.

Just when I get emotionally comfortable with the work of creating, I'm no longer physically comfortable. I blame this old and insufficiently insulated house. My hands get cold too fast.

I think I'm going to fix some oatmeal for my Midnight snack.
