I have nothing against (Neo-) Heathens. They are free to be as (Neo-) Heathen as they want. I’m just not a (Neo-) Heathen and have no desire to be. I make a distinction between (Neo-) Heathens as people and (Neo-) Heathenism as a religion. A Declaration of Independence

All of the Vanir are free. Long ago as part of the truce to end the great war the Vanir gave as hostages to their Aesir enemies two of their best: Njordr and Freyr. The Aesir cheated the Vanir.
