It's totally normal to vacuum your baseboards, right? And your walls? And your couch?
I borrowed my mom's Dirt Devil that has about a billion attachments, and I think I am in love. I vacuumed everything I could possibly vacuum, including the web of cords behind the TV. I also got the curtains, a few times, but those were all accidents. Accidents that had me yelling at a machine, "No, give me those, give them to me, give them back, dammit, you can't have them!"
Also, today I tied my best golf score ever--48. Yes, for 9 holes. I have a problem with chipping. I have a decent drive, I can hit from the fairway with passable accuracy, and I am a pretty okay putter. But I have no chipping skills.
I know a 48 is a pretty terrible score in the grand scheme of golf, but I felt better about the whole thing when we were on number nine. I teed off. Terri teed off. We arrived at our balls. And there were FIVE of them down by the green. Wait. If I hit one ball... and Terri hit one ball... FIVE BALLS?
Apparently, the threesome of guys that were just starting off the first hole? WERE PRETTY GODDAMN AWFUL. By my calculations, not only did they manage to hit their balls a whopping 50 yards off the tee, they also managed to get them ALL ON OUR FAIRWAY.

a day in my life
