Got to go back to work tomorrow. Likely a good idea, I'm too lazy when I don't have to leave the house. I'm sure at some point I'd get off the couch if I had to but so far, I'm willing to ride it until forced to pay my way.

4 eggs
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
3/4 stick margarine (about 1/4 cup)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)

• Mix well with electric mixer.
• Pour into a 9" greased & floured pie plate. Bake at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

1 cup sliced strawberries
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. milk
sugar

Line 9" pie plate with pie crust. Combine all ingredients except milk and second sugar. Pour into pie crust. Top with a lattice type crust. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until golden
