1 cup sliced strawberries
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. milk
sugar
Line 9" pie plate with pie crust. Combine all ingredients except milk and second sugar. Pour into pie crust. Top with a lattice type crust. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until golden brown.
