We met up at 8am to make breakfast in Simon’s room. Simon beat the eggs, Phillip cut the chicken, and I cooked the food and toasted the bread, it was pretty scrumptious. After we cleaned up we went to the post office in Senri-Chuo to see is Phillip’s can take out money, he couldn’t. At school I set up the desktop and started to install Linux.
First Kuwabara-san gave me the CD for CentOS, however I got stuck in the installation process and Kuwabara-san had to open the tower to what the problem was, turns out somethings weren't connected. While he was fixing that I checked my e-mail only to read that Professor Schulze preferred that we install Rocks. Since my labtop will take too long to download it I had Kuwabara-san do it for me. I surfed on the web until it was lunch time and we went to eat.
Due to the fact that fruits and vegetables are so expensive here, I decided to have a salad for lunch. The price wasn't too bad, 1g = .9 yen. Back in the lab Rocks had finished downloading and Kuwabara-san gave it to me on a DVD. I proceeded to install it until I ran into another problem. I didn’t know what the IP address was or other important network information. After Kuwabara-san gave me the necessary information and the rest of the installation wasn’t too bad, just a long wait for it to install.
As I was waiting to install I decided to practice hiragana and katakana. Kei-san noticed me practicing and showed me a skit on a Japanese youtube like site, it was really funny. Here's the link of it on youtube:

When Rocks was finished I tried to install COVISE however, I didn’t know which one to download since there is one for the different types of Linux, and Rocks was not one of the choices. While I was debating on which one to download, it was time for Xavier’s Farewell Party.
The party was simple, Pizza and Chips with soda and beer. They gave Xavier some gifts, a poster, a fan, and a sake set. The rest of the time was for us to mingle, the three of us mostly stayed as a group chatting with people. After the party ended it was just us, Kuwabara-san and Date-san left in the room. We talked a long time about the things that we can do over the weekend. It was almost 9pm when we left the Cybermedia Center, since we didn't want to wait an hour for the last bus, we decided to take the subway home even though it was more expensive. Back at home we watch Kamikaze Girls in my room, which I thoroughly enjoyed as usual.
