The reason why there wasn't a "book" post from me in quite a while is because I read all of Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories and books on my Kindle.

Which... took a while.

I also am the last person in the world to start with Discworld. I read Mort which was quite good, even though I would've wished for less of a fairy tale ending. ( Read more... )

My tastes in fantasy run in the likes of Joe Abercrombie's First Law Trilogy and GRRM - A Song of Ice and Fire... any recommendations of fantasy novels (or series!) out there that I can read next?
