Wow haven't posted anything for awhile so here I am. Had my birthday on Wednesday, 1 year off 30 now (which is my personal deadline for having a decent job, home and life in general. Possibly the best moment of Dr Who last night was when my Mother turned round to me and asked "Oh, is the Doctor gay?", apparently even she saw the slash potential.... and I don't think she's even heard of slash.

Yesterday was fun, I spent the afternoon, using wooden blocks to make towers and knocking them down, 'timber'. Playing with balloons, eating birthday cake and watching my nephew spread an entire bowl of food across his lap and my niece jumping and spinning like a cross between a kangeroo and Taz. Sudden onset curiosity had me signing up for Twitter yesterday. At the moment it has the 'shiny and new' factor, and I've found a few people in a mostly haphazard way. Just spoke to my brother, I now have a new nephew. Exciting! Will have to go shopping for baby presents, going over to introduce myself  at the weekend. Anyway just thought I'd share.

I'm back (in case the previous posts didn't tip you off). Yay I survived without the internet for almost a week, am glad to have it back. Hope everyone had a good Easter, been reading through all the posts, think I've commented on most of the fics at least.
