I rarely have good things to say about the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS).  No one does, as far as I know.  "Helpful" is usually not a term often associated with DFAS.

Imagine my shock today when calling about a glitch in my most recent travel voucher - a glitch that was 100% my own fault - Ruby, the Customer Service rep's first words were; "We can fix that." even before she knew what the problem was.  And, she went out of her way to fix it!  Gave me her direct number and everything, handled it all personally and it walking it through.

I never thought I would say this but, I had a great experience with Customer Service at DFAS today.
