I hate you. I have my life all working out and plans in motion, then you come along AND SMASH IT ALL TO PIECES EVERY YEAR. This year I have trimmed everything down to the barest of bones, thinking that might help and yet you still manage to muck it all up. Please go bother someone else, far far away from me.

Could someone explain to me why, WHY for the love of all things cute and fuzzy does one have to send paper forms back and forth in REGULAR MAIL in order to set up internet banking?
