it is lashing down pellets and has been all morning. Ireland doesn't get this sort of rain for hours at a time. I'm sleepy, so starting my analysis today has been really hard. I watched Jon Stewart take out the double standards of Palin-defending Republicans instead.
Last night's class was a bit of crap, but eh. Monday I get a new one. Minka says they're great. After work I had a drink with J and a few of his Irish friends he met in Ethiopia. Good laughs, that bunch.
I'm at J's place, and though I wanted to get work done here, I don't think I'm going to. I need a comfortable environment now rather than the unfamiliar. It all depends on my mood and I've been doing really well by spreading out all my transcriptions on the bed next to me so I can just write and when I need to reference the interviews I spin a quarter-turn between computer and papers. There's no comparable space here.
