I am in the middle of an unexpected two weeks off from work. My day has completely imploded, as they gave us the go-ahead to bring in a temp next week to get us caught up on our data entry and filing. Which is nice...except that, you know, who is technically the manager? Me. And who is going to be superivising the temp? Me. So who gets to call around and read resumes and decide what to go with?
