My husband, who dislikes shellfish and brocolli, is away. I have therefore invested in a stalk of brocolli and a 1lb bag of Trader Joes shellfish selection - crab bits, lobster tails, scallops and shrimp. Tonight I think, will be paella (the brocolli is a slightly non-traditional addition, but I think it will work), but what about tomorrow night? ( Read more... )
