So, I have a bunch of things I want to use but am not sure how I should use them together. I'm going after a pasta dish.
So, we start with some nice whole wheat pasta.
I want some meat, so I"m making baby turkey meatballs with basil, parsely etc. Im good at meatballs. :)
I also know I want to use some of the home made pesto I made... but, out of the following, which should I add:
Fresh wax beans (Steam these?)
White kidney beans (I forget what kind they are called, but basically a white kidney. I cooked e'm from dry, on my own! LOL if you rerember my bean fiasco you'll be proud of me)
white eggplant
yellow zuchinni
regular zuchinni
frozen vegetable medly of yellow squash, zuchinni, cauliflower, carrots & broccoli
pine nuts (That need toasting, in additional to what sin the pesto)
parmesan (how could you skip this!? :) )
So, what should I add to the pesto, turkey meatballs & noodles?
