There is a type of cake in the UK known often as refridgerator cake, no-bake chocolate cake, or tiffin. It consists of broken up biscuits (cookies) in a sort of chocolate fudge.
It is delicious and I have a craving for it, but I live in the US now, and all the recipes I'm googling are in British measurements - and I only have cups here. I can't be bothered to try and do a conversion - can anyone tell me what this cake is called in the US? I'm sure it must exist here!
