The big V-day
so does anyone else get so excited about cooking a meal centered solely around, ahem, amore? So much so that they start planning weeks in advance.
You see. I have no idea what to cook.
I was thinking we could...my Sweetheart and I make sushi...thats romantic and meaningful to us. Or some hands on snack
Then Veal Scallopini, my way...artichokes and capers ?
But what I if I want to make a roast instead. He likes roasts.Maybe beef wellington?
Thatll put him out for the rest of the day and Im done! No more effort.
(If your wondering why Im so nervous its our anniversary of moving into our house together as well)
And then dessert - Coconut cream pie? his favorite.
But none of these,err, flow...
I don't give presents or candy,but I will cook my butt off.
We haven't seen each other in ages(nor have I been able to cook for him) so I wanted to do something special.
Its just that Im stuck on normal. I work full time and go to school fuller,thus the planning.
Any help would be appreciated!!!
