I have found a new love for strawberry muffins. I'd like to make them at home, but the ones I buy have strawberries in the batter. The recipes I can find do not, just strawberries on top. Would I have to find dried strawberries to put in the batter or just use fresh and reduce the amount of liquid I add to the recipe? How much liquid should I reduce for the amount of strawberries I add?
