Food Porn Photos
This weekend, I tried my hand at some food photography and some of the results follow. Quite tricky, especially if you don't have adequate lighting and no time because you want to eat it now.
Garlic bread
Steamed mussels with lemon grass, chalottes, kaffir lime leaves and chillies
Green Thai Jungle Curry (with chicken, mushrooms, green beans and green peppercorns)
My signature dish, Mousse au chocolat

I've posted the recipe of the chocolate mousse some time ago, the mussels and curry were based on recipes from a Thai cookbook owned by the friends I visited but the caption is really all you need.
The cocktail glass with the chilli was used as a prop in a portrait shoot.
