I'm still poorly and have been taking the antibiotics for 2 days. They taste gross and have made my tongue go a nasty colour. >:P
It's still very painful to swallow and eat. In fact all I've eaten in 3 days is about quarter of a bowl of soup so I'm very weak. I'm also mildly dehydrated because as soon as liquid touches my throat the muscles go into ( Read more... )

I had a really bad day yesterday. My period started in the morning, which caused my ME to go mad. I don’t get any warning signs before my period but as soon as it starts my ME symptoms escalate.
