The past couple of months I've noticed that I've become increasingly clumsy - dropping things, tripping up etc. I also seem to have a decreased awareness of space.
For example, I've hit my head of the side of the table several times recently because I've mis-judged where it was when I bent over. I walk into doors, sofas, beds, people!

I had my Incapacity Benefit medical assessment on Monday afternoon. I was so nervous and felt really ill. That was probably a good thing because it meant the doctor would see me looking poorly. Had my first driving lesson yesterday!
It went really well. My instructor, Graham, came and picked me up and drove me to a quite part of town with a long wide road. He went through all the control, the cockpit checks and the safety checks.

I had an orthopedic appointment yesterday that my physio set up for me. I have hypermobility and my feet roll in so that is putting a lot of stress on my knee and ankle joints.
