Not been too well this week. I've had an enlarged lymph gland on the right side of my neck for just over a year. It's completely painless but just recently it began to cause me a bit of anxiety. 
I visited a doctor on Monday who said that he felt it was of little concern but to come back if it got any bigger.

I'm still quite shocked at being awarded incapcity benefit. However yesterday I went shopping with my cousin and, for the first time in aaaaaaaages, I bought stuff!
