Basking
Everyone (well, in Arashi anyway) knew where the eldest two would often disappear to. In fact, the moment one of them would look at the other with a mere glance, in the next few minutes, they would most certainly disappear.
At first, they (the Kaze Siblings) thought the Yama Parents were doing something kinky together.
But after accidentally walking on them. They finally found the truth.
It was basically really hard to be alone together without bringing attention to themselves. So the eldest two would always sophisticatedly made sure they wouldn't be seen alone with each other. It would cause too much suspicion.
As far as the rest of the world knew, whenever Sakurai Sho would leave the room with Ohno Satoshi it would be because he was feeding the elder (sometimes this was true), but to the other 3 -- it meant they would go somewhere peaceful and quiet.
There the couple would sit and cuddle.
Mostly this meant Sho sitting on the floor, his back to the wall with Satoshi between his legs leaning on his chest with Sho's arms sometimes around the other.
They would stay this way --- no talking, no kissing, no intimate gestures --- just sitting there, basking in each other's presence. Because really, that was all they needed.
