Portland, day 1
We arrived safely in Portland late last night, tired and jet lagged. We brought our Garmin with us, and the directions it gave matched Google perfectly. (AND got us to Eleanor's and Wesley's house) This morning I got to go with them to have Eleanor's ultrasound. Michael didn't want to go. We saw, hands, feet, a face, and a bunch of other things.
Then Eleanor and Wesley went to work, and Michael and I headed out to try to find something that wasn't closed on Monday. After a few misadventures with the Garmin and some dead end streets, we ended up driving down to Salem and touring the Capitol building. It was very interesting and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera.
