Atm I'm lying on my duvet cover from Oslo (which I haven't been using here, not having a duvet to cover), on a grassy hill with dandelions and little blue flowers and daisies, soaking up the sun and the 21˚C. I have been so impatient for spring. Every sign of green elates me but leaves me champing and the bit for more. Every morning the sun rises far in the northeast, and the length of the day has made me happy since coming back to town because the sun sets so much later than it did in Ottawa, and it feels that much more like summer. It seems like every time I leave the room and come back, and look outside, it's almost imperceptibly greener as the buds open. It's because of the rain, mum would tell me. By the end of the week, maybe even a few days, everything will be green and it will be lovely! I hope I've not left before it happens ( Read more... )

i find it wierd that the ones i spent most of my time with and knew as much as i prolly ever will about are the ones i'm not so close to anymore. we don't seem to be able to communicate. then, the one i had trouble remebering his name we email each other a lot now. strange the way it works ( Read more... )
