My window is shut and the little clampy things that you pull down to fully seal it are down. And yet, just a moment ago, I swear the papers on my corkboard fluttered in a breeze which I could hear outside! I don't think we've seen frost yet, but I'm already cold sitting here at my computer, and it's only going to get worse, because my window faces north! This isn't Thunder Bay, and it isn't below zero yet, but I know it's going to get plenty cold soon enough and I do not want a subzero breeze blowing across me as I type out my essays. I'll be interested to see what they do in response to this work order.
Just for the record:
Current conditions:
Sunday, October 16, 2005 11:00:00 PM EDT

Windgusts: 54 km/h
Environment Canada Weather Forecast, City of Ottawa
Issued at: 3.30 PM EDT Sunday 16 October 2005
Tonight: Cloudy. 60 percent chance of showers. Wind northwest 50 km/h gusting to 70 diminishing to 30 this evening. Low 7. (I wonder, if it rains with a 50 km/h northish wind, would rain come in my room?)
