After trying 5 different recipes I finally found one that worked. That's right: I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY MADE ANKO!!!! (sweet been paste, just an fyi... yeah)

Which I then made DORAYAKI with! (mini pancake sandwich type things with the bean paste inbetween... 'nother fyi)

The topic is what we think is the most imporant event in what we studied this semester, i.e. 1500-present day. The problem?
