I think I found a sure fire way to clear out meridian channels, increase energy and knock out and blockages that are manifesting as an illness. Combine EFT with Reiki and QiGong and Ho'oponopono. The more I learn, the more I see the thing that is happening is related to a kidney meridian deficiency or imbalance. Qigong exercise can help this. I am remembering that at my attunment I felt very odd sensations in my hara region and with a later attunment I had a SERIOUS bladder reaction ( don't ask).
