I think I found a sure fire way to clear out meridian channels, increase energy and knock out and blockages that are manifesting as an illness. Combine EFT with Reiki and QiGong and Ho'oponopono. Better than combination of an energy drink swigged while munching coffee beans with the simultaneous addition of having a shop vac attached to your crown chakra that sucks out all of the bad Chi. Sinus pressure- totally gone !
I am going to apply this to other issues. Perhaps it will help me to see the scale budge a little more dramatically this week as well.
