long update, sorry.
ok so i'm not exactly sure how long it's been since i've updated this.
let's just say.. the internet was down.. and i've finally found me a job!
yes, I FOUND A JOB! I FOUND A JOB!
i got hired last tuesday. started last wednesday. i've been working non-stop since then. i work at a Valero (Big Red) gas station here in malvern, arkansas. i get paid minimum wage (6.25 a hour) and i get paid every friday. it's so easy though. but, it's gotten to the point where my feet hurt, extremely bad. but i'll get over it because we need more money coming in and we have since forever and we finally do and omg. yeah. i'm sounding like a prep. but you all know how hard and long i've tried. and it's finally paid off. and get this, it was the last place i applied because i didn't figure i'd get hired. i just filled out an application for the hell of it. and lookit what that got me!
ok so this friday i do get paid. well technically thursday night because i have to close thursday night. but my paycheck is already gone. i'm buying mikes sister a bus ticket because she's moving up here with us. her mother kicked her out of her house and she doesn't have anywhere to go. but the earliest i can get the ticket is friday. she's 16, her name's aerial.. she'll be in 9th grade. see, we're fixing to get a two bedroom. i've bought her a hoodie for christmas. she wanted something pink so i found a pink old navy hoodie that's actually pretty. ick i said pink was pretty. i'm getting her that and the bus ticket. which is $100 total. i haven't even bought mike anything! the bus ticket is 89.50 because she's coming from arlington texas. it costs 74.50 for the ticket and 15 to make it where she can pick it up in arlington. she'll be leaving saturday morning at 8:45 and be here at 4:10 in malvern. which is cool. i work 5 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon that day. so i get to wait with mike and barbara at the greyhound station. yay!
but anyways.. we're both broke this week..
it's 173 for rent
54.05 for mike's tv cuz we're renting to own it
89.50 for her bus ticket
and groceries
that's like.. 346.50.. that's both of our checks.. plus some. eek.
i'll get.. 175 before taxes and he'll get 234.96 before taxes.. that's 409.96 before taxes.. that means we'll have just enough money to make all of that, maybe..
anyways, yeah.. i got a job. i'm happy. mike's happy. we don't see each other as much so we don't argue as much.

sat - 2pm to 12am

mon - 11am to 5pm
tues - i'm supposed to be there at 4 today.. but i won't end up being there until 5 because barbara gets off at 4:30.. so.. 5 til 11
wed - (tomorrow) off
thur - 4pm to 11pm
fri - off
sat - 5am to 2pm
another pay period ^
FUN!
i can't wait til the next check. altho me and him have to pitch in together and pay our gas bill. but still!!!!!!.... we'll be able to get bills paid on time and have money to spend and yeah.. it's so.. great. that's the word.. amazing.. wonderful.. yes...
i have.. $22 in my pocket. but you see.. i'm going to buy a pack of black & milds.. and bring 2 dollars to work. then give the rest to mike. :) roar.
anyways i'm sorry it's been so long..
