Big Bear

This Weekend Big BEar played it's first show with new Songs and Joanne on the keys. It was incredible. We opened for Trans Am and Onieda at the knitting factory in NYC. We opened the first show. Played very well for a first show and people seemed to like the new songs. YAY! Was a long night since there were 2 shows going on.

I am doing physical Therapy for my knee now. I have a mild tendonitis in the left kee in the patella tendon. So they have me strengthing my quads and hip and icing my knee 2 times a day. I also have to strech. He want me to go in 2 times a week for harder exercises and therapy. It is fun going in so far. Today they made me do this ski position ( Read more... )

And it was excellent. One of the most fun things I have ever done! Totally worth the training. It wasa gorgous course but narrow so it was hard to pass people. I met an art teacher who teaches at UMASS whom is on the same team as me and he said he ran about 7 1/2 minute miles. So I followed him for a while and passed him. I need to get back off of my butt and Jog. It sucks b/c my knees are sucking and it is hot. I athink I will go to the gym a few times this week.

went to the gym and ran 5 miles. My knees are no good. :(

I did a 7 mile run with Jay on Sunday after a few days rest. My knees feel a little better. Then on the 4th I did a 4.5 mile run. It was hot out. I will do a run tonight I hope.

Ran in the humidity. I was trying to do a slow 7 miles and crashed at about 5 1/2. I am tired and my kneeshurt a little. I might need a little rest.

Did weights, abs and 3 miles of jogging on a treadmill. Tonight is my night off and I buy new running shoes!
