I am doing physical Therapy for my knee now. I have a mild tendonitis in the left kee in the patella tendon. So they have me strengthing my quads and hip and icing my knee 2 times a day. I also have to strech. He want me to go in 2 times a week for harder exercises and therapy. It is fun going in so far. Today they made me do this ski position exercise that killed! In 2 weeks I can start running again. I want to find a race I can enter. I don't know how fast I'll be able to move up in distance however.
