1. What did you do in 2010 that you hadn’t done before?
Watched competitive darts, dyed my hair bright red, got jetlag.

2. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope.

3. Did anyone close to you die?
Nope, thankfully.

4. Did you travel? Where did you go? Best holiday memory?
Yesss. Went to South Africa for the World Cup in June. The whole experience was life-changing in so many ways! Best memory was the Italy/Slovakia game - the best atmosphere at a game of football I've ever been to - and the price of everything. I felt like a king :p Also, bonding with my spirit animals at the elephant sanctuary.

5. Best thing you bought?
My adidas South Africa hoodie.

6. Where did most of your money go?
Northcote Plaza. OPI nail polish. Rent.

Making an effort to watch Liverpool even though all their games were on at the worst times.

8. What do you wish you had done less of?
Overthinking. Commuting.

9. What kept you sane?
Twitter and tumblr. That's kind of pathetic, right?

Boys and their mysterious ways. The neverending winter.

Collingwood winning the Grand Final!! Spain winning the World Cup!!

Paul the Psychic Octopus dying :( And the amount of crap weather this year.

13. How was your birthday this year and how old did you turn?
I had really bad hayfever and so spent the day in bed while everyone at work ate cake. Then went to the Peacock for dinner with a bunch of friends. There was some awkwardness from several people... It wasn't super fun. I turned 26.

14. What political issue stirred you the most this year?
The federal and state elections. The direction this state and Australia as a whole are heading in concerns me :/

15. Were you in love in 2010?
Yes. With so many people and places and things I can't even get into it...

16. What would you like to have in 2011 that you didn’t have this year?
A grown-up relationship. Savings.

I was super unwell for part of the World Cup trip which SUCKED.

i. happier or sadder? Happier. Definitely.
ii. thinner or fatter? About the same.

There are times in life when it's OK to compromise yourself and there are times when it's not OK. I definitely learned the difference between the two this year.

year in review, #allredeverything
