Camera Headache Part II

So its now been about a month and a half since I placed my order for my new $300 Camera. July 15th to be exact.
I had tried contacting this shit hole of a company before through their website. On their site your suppose to be able to look up your order. I was able to sign in, but they seemed have no record of my order. Their website is absolutely terrible. I had to resign in every time I clicked to go to my account. And all it had for customer support was a message saying "for faster service, email customer suppose with any issues". Great, except they don't give you a fucking email address ANYWHERE on the site! I tried sending a reply message to the confirmation email I received with my initial order. But I got that email back saying the address' inbox I was sending to was too full! WTF!?
Finally this morning I just couldn't wait in the dark any longer. So I called in... Took me about 10 times before my call actually went through. Then I get a message saying their customer service dept. is only open from 11-5! Bullshit! I was gonna talk to somebody! I couldn't help but notice its always the same guy I hear. The very same guy who I had to confirm my order with last time. I selected the Customer Service extension figuring I'd probably have to leave a message.
Nope, guess who answered!

Guy - Hello?

Me - Yes, I would like to find out where my package is

Guy - Whats your order #?

Me - (I read my number)

Guy - Powershot Camera?

Me - Yes

Guy - Chris Palmer?

Me - Yes

Guy - Looks like its on back order, we'll email you when we send it

Me - Um, well how long do you think that might be, I mean I ordered this thing a month and a half ago...

Guy - .....

I looked at my phone, The Fucker HUNG UP!! He FUCKING HUNG UP ON ME!!! Can you believe that shit? I thought that was suppose to be against company policy.. like EVERYWHERE! I'm so seriously pissed! So for all i fucking know its still going to be months until I get this damn thing. And there doesn't seem to be a damn thing I can do about it.
Well if nothing else I can spread the word! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WWW.THEDIGITALNERDS.COM!!!
This is by FAR the worst business transaction I've EVER encountered! Completely unprofessional! Absolutely No regard for their customers! So if you or if you know anybody who shops for electronics online. Please warn them to avoid this site. If I can get screwed over this bad by them, I can't imagine how many others they must take advantage of everyday. I wish I had just paid a little more and bought from somewhere that was a little more reliable. Good thing I wasn't getting this camera for anything specific. I would have really REALLY been pissed then!!
