Entry 23: Inspiration point

The writing is really motoring along at the moment, I'm really proud and happy about it. Most of it isn't good, and isn't the kind of stuff that I'd want to share with others, but that's not the point of this excercise, it's mostly just to keep me writing as much as possible. I think it really helps that the thoughts that I'm using are massively mis-jointed and could never make sense as a story, but as a collection of poetry, there doesn't have to be a central link, so I get to use most of the ideas, which is taking me on many many strange tangents!

The urge to write has been so strong that I've almost ignored finishing off my travel journal until last night when I finally did the picture sticking, so Orlando is finally nearly complete, just the last day to write about, which is already written, it just needs writing out in the TJ proper as opposed to sitting in a word doc on my laptop.

Since I keep getting ideas at the moment and the writing is going well, I'm also coming up with a lot of ideas for "Hero Complex", so I'm making sure to scribble down useful little tidbits where I can, but interestingly, I'm also even getting ideas for the book I first tried to write years ago. I don't think I'll be re-visiting it personally, since it brings back some bad memories, but I'll write down the ideas just in case.
