Entry 24: Writ(ing) wing
So the writing is going well. I'm onto 30 pages and I've written poems about something from almost all ends of the proverbial spectrum, from Doodlejump addiction, Zombies, how amazing Sunday roast dinners are, going mountain biking, to how bruised I feel the day after karate.
I'm still very much working my way through my own ideas, but for a bit of fun, I've also posted on one of my forums I frequent asking what they want to challenge me to write about, so seeing the results of that should be... interesting!
Work sucks at the moment, people are being incredibly dickheaded about stuff that barely concerns them, and I really have no patience for people being rude for no reason either, plus, Alice leaves tomorrow, which is going to suck, it's been nice having more than just one person I can speak to about real things, so I'm immensely glad Jacqui is still around, or I'd probably go stir crazy. It's funny being gutted someone's going, but being dead pleased for them at the same time, Al is going to have a blast in Africa I know it, and I am a little jealous, I wish I could get to see the world like she will and has.
Loving the new working hours though, getting a solid hour's gaming in almost every day. Brilliant.
