I Hate People

People on food stamps should not be allowed to use the same checkout lines as everyone else. I'm sorry that you require government assistance to feed your two cute children, but that doesn't give you the right to monopolize the checkout line I'm waiting in for 17+ minutes. If your voucher thingie says exactly what's covered, why didn't you get them yourself before going to the cashier instead of making others look for similac and 2% milk for you? And why do you have to use the stamps separately for beans, melons and cereal making a long ordeal even longer?!

People who can't keep their kids from nearly killing themselves should maybe have their parenting rights revoked. I nearly ran over a kid in my apt complex on my way back from grocery shopping. He was running along a tall hedge perpendicular to the road, that completely hid him from view. He emerged right in front of my car, and I slammed on my brakes. The car made a very worrying shudder as it screeched to a halt two inches in front of the kids face. Before I knew it the engine was off, and I was outside trying to find the parent to tear them a new one. The mom claimed he got away, and she was trying to chase him down. If he had time to sprint to the car, pause in front of the big green object in front of him, and run back to you, I don't think you exactly tried hard to stop him. I don't remember exactly what I said, but I'm pretty sure I wasn't very nice.
