Match on a fire

A few weeks ago, I was talking to some people (I think the MSU group) about the Acapella Nintendo thing--yeah, it's been eons since moonlight_soldr first posted it, but for anyone who hasn't seen it yet for whatever reason, well, you have no excuse anymore. Unless your internet is broken or something. Bah. Like that'd ever happen.

Link B, since CAD just linked to A.

Anyway, in other news... hmm. I got my video card back (and even managed to install it myself, though with some confusion--but I didn't have to lug it up to infocynic for once). Here's hoping the fan doesn't break AGAIN.

Oh, and Mom had minor knee surgery--minor in that it took a whopping 18 minutes to perform the surgery itself--major in that she's on crutches and Dad and I are now her slave labor. My brother, sister-in-law and I even got recruited to do yardwork. On Saturday. Which I miraculously happened to have off. Geez. Two weeks ago I get called in on my day off; this time, I'd rather get called in than do yardwork, but of course they didn't call me, and yet I still didn't get a true day off like I wanted... Oh, and then Mom, who was standing outside "supervising" us, made the comment that it felt weird to not actually be doing yardwork too. Is it bad that I'd have been perfectly willing to trade places with her?

Edit:Holy Crap. Just... holy crap. Literally.

computer, yardwork, family
