I'm not looking forward to work tomorrow. This is mainly because I'm still awake. I laid in bed in the dark for nearly an hour before I turned the light back on. Yay, fun. It's not that I'm not tired - I am. I just couldn't turn the brain off long enough to get to sleep. Ugh.
This new schedule will take some getting used to. I'm not used to working 8 hour shifts, starting at 0800, for five days straight. As they say: "Adapt or Die"...
4AM is not the time to dig out the power tools and build storage accessories for the garage. The fact that I'm having a severe insomnia attack coupled with a creative surge that has me inspired to do carpentry does not change the fact that this is the wrong time of the night for such activities.
On the up-side, I know where the time has been disappearing to: I've been sleeping over twelve hours a day.

After two mornings where I got up before 0900 for no reason other than I just couldn't sleep any longer, I was looking forward to a long and well-deserved night of slumber. So, of course, I was up and roaming around at 0500 (after going to bed at 0130).
