In other news, I've been promoted to Receiving Manager at work. It's still retail, but I'll be spending my shifts working in the stockroom and avoiding one of the worst parts of a retail job: the customers. In completely unrelated news, the 2009 NFL schedule has been released.

It's now official. I will not be attending the next BayCon Staff Meeting.* I just got off the phone with my parental units and I now have other plans that carry a higher priority.

*That's on Sunday, November 23, for those who missed the memo.

My next free weekend is June 14-15.

Classes start August 29. The remainder of August is mostly booked. I've got three free days: the 25th, 26th, and 27th. Once classes kick in for the semester, I'm swamped.

For anybody who wants to see me and doesn't have verified plans in writing*, the window is the rest of this month plus the three days in August.
