Steampunk update...
Well, as many know, my experiment with the victorian corset for my steampunk, left me with marks and discomfort. I had tried the plastic boning cos...
1. I had been assured that it would work, even with my size...and
2. I was in a hurry and could not get metal boning...
Well, as I expected it did not work...
so my Dafydd went into Dragonsblood and got me some metal stays...
As Terry said... I should have known better...
I unpicked the stays and replace them tonight. The stiff ones are a little short, so D is going to get me some longer ones...
but it is soooo much more comfortable.
Won't have time to make a new outfit for the upcoming Steampunk do coming up next month... but have some ideas on some accessories... if we have any time...
