Wednesday: PT session
Thursday: Recovery Day - 20 mins x-trainer (Planned)
Friday: Rock Climbing (Planned)
Saturday: Run 'x'km's (Planned)
Sunday: Cycle to Stadium for work and back (total = 36kms)
Despite all this exercise i've not lost any weight - but i have dropped a dress size or so since the start of the year. Stray thoughts of bullemia enter my head occasionally of late. But i tell myself that that's a stupid, stupid thing to think about. Screw BMI's - they're stupid. I can lift over half my bodyweight in a chinup now so i've got a hell of a lot more muscle than i ever used to and i ran 7 km's in 40 mins on sunday. There're plenty of people my weight who don't have a snowballs chance in hell of doing that. So there.
