Wednesday: PT session (done - also rode a mechanical bull!)
Thursday: Recovery Day - 20 mins x-trainer (Planned) 3km walk (Done)
Friday: Rock Climbing (Done)
Saturday: Run 'x'km's (Planned) - But wandered around in the city all day
Sunday: Cycle to Stadium for work and back (total = 36kms) (Done)
I'm happy with this week. Did 'something' every day
