And again. I think this's more for me than for anyone else. its a good way of keeping track for myself.
Monday: 20mins circuit class + 20 mins cycling (lv9 90 rpm) + BodyPump (done)
Tuesday: sick as a dog - 10 mins cross trainer (done)
(oh yeah - i bought a cross trainer :) )
Wednesday: PT session (Done)
Thursday: Rock climbing (Done)
Friday: 5km jog (Planned) Did nothing Active
Saturday: PT weights (Done) - + Alex & I went for a long walk through/around/about manly
Sunday: 10km run (only if i'm better) (Planned) 7km Jog with Alex - 40 mins!
