One of the things we do at OTF is run on the treadmill, which I generally hate, but I do because it's a class and we don't really put in much more than 2 miles most of the time. We run at 3 paces: base, push (1-2 mph over base), and all-out (2+ mph over base). These vary from person to person, and I've lately set my paces to 6mph/7.3mph/9mph, or
