I have not talked to you for a very long time. I had hoped to see you at the Order of Merlin ceremony - you must know that your father received an award. First Class, too. But he declined it. I do not know his reasons for this, but you know your father. He has a plan up his sleeve.
I should like to see you. I know that things are not like they were, but I hoped that we could perhaps try to salvage things. A bandage and a kiss won't fix this Draco, I know that. You are not a little boy anymore. I have some things that I need to come to terms with as well. Maybe this is all my fault. We must talk.
